Ahhhhhhh Taper Madness week!!!!!!! I am the absolute worst at tapering. Pretty much have to tie me down to not run which is why I only do a 1 week taper now but I am already looking forward to starting a new training plan!
Monday: Football and 6 miles
Tuesday: 5 Miles
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Turkey trot 5 miler -13 miles total
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 7 miles
Sunday: 7 miles
Total Mileage: 38
