Fab Ab February

As if marathon training wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I decided to add “Fab Ab February” to my training. I do core work already to keep in shape but when I saw “Fab Ab February” on Pinterest I decided to switch it up and follow a new schedule.

I love how the slow this plan starts out. It is absolutely perfect for anyone to use.

Hope every joins in on the Fab Ab February. Bikini season is right around the corner ;)

  6. Ahh, planks! They kill me! This is a nice slow work up though, I might be able to work up to a one minute plank in a month. I might give this a go.
