I wanted to let you all know of an awesome way to say money on your wedding gowns. Wedding gowns are ridiculously expensive and anywhere you can save money helps, when planning a wedding.
The Gathering Place, located in Beachwood and Westlake is having a special bridal gown sale to raise money. All the gowns were donated by Brides by the Falls and prices are $250 OR LESS. Unless you are wearing a toga, you cannot beat that price. If I didn’t already have my dress, I would 100% be checking out this sale.
Just from these couple pictures posted, I can see a couple dresses that catch my eye already. I absolutely LOVED shopping for my wedding gown and really wish I could have stopped to check out these dresses. My Mom probably wishes this too ![]()
What: Vintage sample gowns in sizes 8 and 10, courtesy of Brides by the Falls, on sale for $250 or less.
Where: 4911 Commerce Parkway, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128 (Located a quarter mile east of Richmond off of Miles Road.) (This is The Gathering Place warehouse)
When: Saturday, February 9, 2012, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Please Note: All sales will benefit those touched by cancer through the free programs and services offered at The Gathering Place. Home furnishings and collectibles will also be available for sale at the warehouse.
Brides-I encourage you to go and check out the gowns. You never know what you are going to find. The Gathering Place is an awesome non profit in Cleveland. They opened in January of 2000 and offer FREE programs and services to those touched by cancer. That alone makes we want to give them my money in return for a wedding gown.

How neat is that! I thought I got away with a pretty decently priced dress. You can imagine my shock when the alterations cost twice as much as the dress.. What the what?!
